Dr. Eyal Ronen is an Organizational Psychologist, a founder, and a private advisor. He spent two decades in boardrooms, in crises, and in the kinds of high-stakes conversations that determine whether a business survives or scales - across three continents. Eyal holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology. He built and led companies across seven countries and worked at board level across industries including health-tech, financial services, and food. Eyal brings something most advisors do not have at the same time: real operating experience, deep psychological training, and the kind of honesty that only comes from having faced serious collapse and rebuilt from it.
