Lisa Archer Reich is the founder of Archway Mediation Solutions (formerly Lisa Reich Mediation Services), where she has helped people resolve conflict outside the courtroom since 2004. A graduate of New England Law | Boston (J.D.) and Northeastern University (B.S.), Lisa brings more than two decades of experience to divorce and separation, estate and family decision-making, business disputes, and workplace challenges. She is a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation and the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and is known for a calm, structured approach that keeps the room steady when emotions run high.
